Voortman's V808 doesn’t require a clean cut when nesting new products. It is possible to reduce scrap by using this method. Also, the last cut from a product is the first cut of the next one. AFD CNC Flange and Plate Drilling Machine allows you to drill up to 680 mm and 1/4" through 3-1/8". All of this within your own area. Material is driven on the table using balls. It is then fixed to the table with hydraulic clamping teeth. Material is positioned to the desired coordinates for drilling/marking/tapping by CNC program and then operation starts.
